All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

If there are any delays due to stock levels or printing, we will notify you via email.

Please note these are carrier estimates and may vary due to customs, international delays, or peak season congestion.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

We will always help where we can. If your package:

Arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

Is delayed:

Check your tracking link first, then contact us if the item appears lost in transit.

Is lost:

If marked as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

8. Returns Due to Missed Delivery

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, or the address was incorrect, the customer may be responsible for:
